In todays world we can now build devices smaller then ever, and these devices are packed with sensors and wireless connectivity. These devices are called Internet of Things (IoT). So if your looking for a way to monitor various systems (e.g. crops, air conditioning, lighting), and also would like to compare the results via integrating the results, then building a wireless sensor network is the way to go.

If your looking for someone to develop a wireless sensor network for you, or simply need improvements to an existing system, do not hesitate to contact us.

Information About Robertson

The Brisbane suburb of Robertson is 12km South of the CBD and borders on to Coopers Plains and Sunnybank.

Robertson has experienced sustained growth over the last five years and given the upgrading of the Southeast Freeway and the new bus way to the City, the area is assured continued growth and popularity into the future.

Most of the housing in the suburb is 25 years old high and low set brick. Built in the 70s, these homes are now frequently being renovated using the popular rendering method. There are a number of more modern homes in this suburb dating back 10 or more years.

The area is developing infrastructure as the community base increases. Most of the educational, retail and commercial facilities are located in neighbouring suburbs, especially Sunnybank, however the large and popular Garden City Shoppingtown is located in nearby Macgregor and attracts shoppers from far and wide.

Local educational facilities include the Robertson Primary School and the suburb is next door to Griffith University Nathan Campus and the QEII Hospital.

There are a few blocks of land available in Robertson for residential development.

Robertson is a village in the Southern Highlands district of New South Wales, Australia, in Wingecarribee Shire. It is located on the edge of an elevated plateau (the Illawarra escarpment) about 10 km from the coast. Robertson is known for its high annual rainfall and fertile soil. It was previously covered by an extensive temperate rainforest, most of which has been cleared for farming though remnants still exist today. The town was once a booming cheese industry, that made their own cheese. These days, an old cheese factory exists in the town, but now converted into a row of shops. Robertson is known for potato growing and is the home of the Big Potato.

Robertson is where the movie Babe was made.

Robertson is named after former Premier of New South Wales, Sir John Robertson, whose 1861 Land Act cleared the way for the establishment of the town. Before then it was called Yarrawa Bush.

In September/October, Robertson has their own spring festival, having opened to the public, the open picturesque gardens.

COLETEK Amazing Customer Testimonials

We met with Luke Cole from COLETEK and very quickly realised that he was very knowledgeable in robotics and prototyping. What separates his company from the rest, is that he had a unique value proposition - COLETEK offers a tele-operated / robotic unit for rent and with the flexibility to be modified to build proof-of-concepts. That unit lowered both the cost and time for us to produce a video showing a very challenging concept. In general COLETEK's service was great value. We would recommend them - they will get it done.

I recently discovered COLETEK after I accidently managed to fry the PCB on my hard drive. The drive contained 13 years worth family photos and wasn't comfortable sending it off where it could be damaged more or lost in the post. After spending hours researching and emailing different data recovery companies, I decided on COLETEK. Luke was very helpful and let me know the estimated costs up front, and was able to quickly do the repairs necessary to get my drive running like new again. I was able to back up the whole drive and the bill ended up cheaper than the original quote. I can highly recommend them and have already sent a friend to get their drive repaired too.

I have been working closely with COLETEK for the past 6 years now, and I must say, it is a success story :-). I highly respect their team, they are a pleasure to work with and top skilled professionals. In addition to their top Technical service, their customer service is brilliant and it is a rare find. Their PCB repair rework skills are top notch and a rare find in this industry. I have been working in the IT industry for the past 20 years in various fields and seen it all so I can say with certainty that they are the best around and I am looking forward to keep working with them in the future.
