Aratula is a common rest-stop for travellers coming eastward across the Great Dividing Range. There is a caravan park and a hotel just off the highway.
Small pleasant village on the Cunningham Hwy at the foot of Cunningham's Gap. Great place to stop for fuel and recharge the batteries.
Several art and craft shops mix in with a hotel, school, hall, service station, caravan park and more. Great place to just get away from it all.
